But a President could put a group of experts together to make a plan.I am in the Florida Keys now, only one main road for 150 miles.I keep thinking a great place to only allow google cars and trucks.Set up some big parking lots near Florida City and make everyone switch over to google cars at that point. We could have 100s of similar well thought out infrastructure plans.
