I think that media despise Bill Belichick because he is a very intelligent and successful coach who can barely tolerate the insane and inane questions that those airheads put to him each week during mandatory press conferences. He closes down during the press conferences and appears emotionless and uninvolved throughout, and he makes it obvious that he doesn't want to be there. Who can blame him? I admire him for it. Those media clowns are imbeciles who repeatedly ask the stupidest and most asinine questions. Wow, are they stupid!

As a result of his posture toward the media, I believe that they routinely make up stories to try to discredit him and the Patriots.

Regarding the latest charge of deflated footballs, an NFL official touches the ball before every snap while spotting the ball. If there were pressure irregularities, a sane person would conclude that the official would intercede right then and there.
