So what did your son pay for a policy and what is his PhD research in??? Incidentally, I just got screwed out of 3k by my own company because I didn't select a policy from a service they had selected to assist retirees......because I didn't realize it was a requirement and I selected another plan I was disqualified from receiving the 3k benefit... The service company hired by IBM knew I was going elsewhere in November and never warned me I was going to lose the 3k...
