Deregulate the medical cartel to improve quality control, expertise and lower prices. There should be brands like Toyota, BMW, General Motors etc. They would not want unintended acceleration or sudden timing belt breakages. Look how much commotion an imaginary problem of unintended acceleration caused. Hordes of people die in medical mess ups.

Thousands died when Rituxan was not used as soon as available. If Toyota did that, there would be hell to pay. But the medical cartel gets away with it.

I'm medically uninsured, but that doesn't mean I don't get medical treatment. I get my money out and pay, just like I don't have grocery insurance, but the cupboards are not bare.
