With all the proclaimed DD done on this thread, why is it that all this stuff about 2 million shares overhanging the market is just now coming out. It sounds like somebody was not doing their homework. Many people are so focused on the positives, they refuse to see the potential negatives. Blinders on.

This part about pending news this week is bad if it does not come. By stating that news is coming this week builds expectations. When it does not come, people get panicky/disappointed and maybe they decide to sell. In addition, it makes those that posted that news was coming 1) lose credibility, and 2) appear like they are just hyping the stock.

Dear Karl: Seems to me the ONLY new stock and potential stock is the PP 1,000,000 shares and the 100,000 "penalty" shares for late registering. Any stock JENKINS received as bonus would have been in the earlier O/S figures. If he JUST GOT options I cant imagine that they are already exercisable. So until I learn differently my calc. is 24.2 million shares total if ALL issued including warrants etc etc etc. As to how many are for sale I presume all 16 million currently o/s shares are for sale at the right price. That 6.48 from the S3 is Boilerplate data. Meaning they have the right to sell immediately just as you have the right to sell yours immediately--but will you? JDN
