Joe, I'm sure you're right. My point is, SMTK has a PE of 777. It wouldn't take very much bad news at all to drive SMTK right thru the floor. And then where would we be as shareholders of DCTC? By buying some puts, we could guarantee that the value would be there when the shares are finally sold and/or any loan against them had to be paid. I know for sure that if I were holding $8,000,000 worth of some little company's stock and I could hedge against unforseen decline for a very small "insurance" fee, I sure as heck would do it - in a heart beat. This isn't a frivolous proposal. I really think the company should consider doing it. George
