No, I don't agree, but I also recognize that the Fed has painted itself into a corner. Their extreme manipulation of our currency and interest rates has made it so they have no good options left. Still, the best option would be to bleed away the Fed's balance sheet and to let interest rates float freely based on supply and demand. However, the pain would be extreme now. It's exactly like a heroin addict. The longer they've been an addict, the more hopeless the cause and the greater the pain and suffering will be when they try to go clean. Our economic cycle has been suspended by money printing and zero percent interest rates. When they finally let it normalize or are forced to by the market, the snap back will be very painful.
