Yes, that's why they are becoming the biggest economy in the world.

But, the technology hasn't achieved a level that will allow developing economies to grow as rapidly as they need to in order to support their populations. So, there's going to be more and more CO2.

We may have already passed the "tipping" point, so if we were able to completely eliminate CO2 emissions from today forward we may be too late to stop what may be inevitable.

The world may need to come together to provide other answers to global warming but the world (if you've noticed) is BROKE and it can barely keep things going the way they are let alone find the funding to support solutions to global warming.

It's not looking good......
