My point is that even if you win, you will receive little more than emotional satisfaction, and in fact may further hurt your investment (if you continue holding) as management will be distracted from everyday operations. Unfortunately, it's a fact of life that there are extreme price reactions in the stock market - that's the nature of the animal. And I've never seen a company sued for beating the Street!!

Guess it depends on the situation,

I actually just recently recievied a reasonable amount on a settlement from California Micro Dev from 2 years back, BUT they cooked their books and had to restate earnings. All I see in CS is that analysts (the second most overpaid people in the free world) didn't read the situation right.

Otherwise, I agree that the WEASELS only have to gain from most of these suits.

everyone has a story like yours, certainly in the past month.

spct was at 63 and one day went to 50 then 40 then 25.

it was a great climb too yet CS is more robust than spct is and was.

you pays your money and you takes your chances.

waiting for the long to kick in with CS

it's coming.
