Not a bad day (up 1/8) considering the late selloff in the market.
So if the slowdown in Korea does in fact lead to reduction in supply
of DRAM then we may start to see a leveling off in memory prices.
Correct? This would be bullsih for TXN and MU, since earnings projections of analysts assume continued price erosion of memory.
How about ADSL and the Amati purcahse. I remember many said that
ISDN would take off, but it didn't. What does the future store for ADSL.? Will it be popular? Comments?

<...I'm merely the reporter of this information. All new territory for this gal. :)...>

Being familiar with your past posts and practices, I would agree with THAT.

I'll bet it feels good to simply report the results of your research without feeling the need to spin and hype.

Here's encouragement and hope that this (as well as integrity and responsibility) become new habits for you.

Hi pat.

Thanks for those technical references.

Read your post. Yes I like the way you think.
Been in market so long I can SOMETIMES smell
a bottom. TXN below 43 should be brought.

Its still cheap.

Take a look right now, if your up there in Calif.
(Its 10:40 pm here and I'll be asleep in a hour.)
at the Korean market it really looks good.
As your aware, the dollar was weak today as a result
of Japan banks selling. If this trend continues the
tech stocks will benefit. They are a little oversold
but at anytime they will take off. INTC is the key.
Class stock but everybody afraid of earnings.

If you look across the threads alot of bears.

Fund managers don't know what to do.

The shorts feel blood will be running in the
street. (Wall that is.) Funny if its theirs.
Guess not.

I think TXN will be a great growth stock with
the new technology it has. Long term I know
money will be made there. Never worry about people
with a great ego. They are all over the threads
Ignore.

Talk to you soon from the capital of the world
New York City. (30 minutes away.)

Jerry
