More miss info.

"The Talthan were expected to do a 10-15% revenue sharing agreement but with the new treaty, it is not sure, there does not seem to be active negotiations. The synergies with Galore do not really work and Galore has waste issues where Schaft is in the dry belt, away from ceremonial grounds. There is about 35 km of road and a major bridge to be built, "

At present the Tahltan have an agreement with the Provincial Government, where they receive 37% of what government collects as revenue sharing for all industries operating in their territory. Including all hydro generation projects. They could I suppose ask for more. But what they have in hand is collected by the govt. for them.

Galore used to have environmental problems at the original mill location. However that was rectified under the new plan.
Also the bridge referred to is at 40 km. It will be the most expensive. but it is not the only one that has to be built. As for distance GCMC has to agree to building the road from 40k to 65. After that there is another 40k of road has to be built from where it branches off the Galore access road at 65k to Shaft creek. The 40k bridge was to cost over $1M in 2007. The first 40k of GCMC road if I remember right was around $150M. 2017 to 2020 costs are significantly higher. I suggest that time frame as the earliest as permits are needed for changes to the Galore road and for the extension to C/F. That takes approx. 18 mo. to 2 yrs.
