Marty, I think my specific posts since November 21, 1997 should adequately express to you my real concerns about the company. But, if you are seeking something beyond those previous posts, let me just say a few words. I have spent a great deal of time over the past few weeks doing my homework on my investments in Oilex common stock. During the course of that effort, I have posted a number of very direct, simple and to-the-point questions --- hoping the company might post a number of very direct, simple and to-the-point answers. But, as you know the company appears only to answer questions which it finds beneficial to itself. In my humble opinion, each time the company fails to answer a question, or attacks the motive of the person asking the question, I strengthen in my personal resolve to find out the truth. Are there more questions to come? You can bet on it. My desk is piled high with documents from a number of relevant sources. So, Marty, when you ask me to tell you my real concern about Oilex, I must pause. I believe my biggest concern is the possibility that we only know the tip of the iceberg. Only time will tell. Offie
