Your point is well taken,should they have warned us before
12/11,no doubt.Its behond me to understand why they did'nt,
maybe they did not want to scare the stock market,while still
trying to save the qtr,at some point the "crisis" fed on it
self,and as asia and japan kept falling,they were in the "death
zone" at a point of no return. Hopefully they will better
manage these type of pr crisis in the future. Are they liable?
probably the court will have to decide..
