I'm not sure what you are saying. It sounds like you are agreeing with me. Since
Nomai is entering the 'razor blade' market, Iomega has to lower the prices on its
'blades'. Furthermore, as you point out, most consumers don't know the difference
between razor blades. Thus, they won't know or care about any differences
between Nomai's and Iomega's cartridges.>>

What I am saying is that despite the fact that there are generic blades out there, Gillette has not gone bankrupt. Therefore, to say that the "razor" analogy shows that Iomega is doomed is silly.

Noumai is like the hyena scavenger. The hyena eats from the kills of the Lions when the lions are stuffed or inattentive. But, just because the hyena can be seen with occasional scraps, the majesty of the lion is not diminished.

Personally, I am not banking on Zip or Jaz or Buzz or Clik! I am banking on a dynamic, lion-like leadership that will outfight the competition. Iomega will be around long after Zip is gone just like Texas Instruments is still around even though the TI-99 is long gone.
