My understanding of printing money, creating debt, quantitative easing....

Canadians lumberjacks cut down trees, send trees to paper pulp mill create rolls of paper. Transport rolls of paper by truck and/or train to United States of America. Now it all in Americans hands, Americans cut individual rectangle shapes and add ink to paper. And there you have it printed Quantitative Easing (QE) money.
