I won't address it in detail, rather than point toward boundaries... First, note the too glib use of the word "antisemitism"... Semites: en.wikipedia.org So, given Arabic peoples are semites, too... what is it exactly that is the source of division ? Is it their language we dislike... their culture... or, perhaps, only that aspect of their culture driving behavior that has some of them recruiting teenagers (instead of medical professionals) to murder babies... and blow themselves up... while conducting attacks on OUR culture... not using words as weapons, but weapons as weapons ? Why do I not find that confusing. Islamist terrorists murdering westerners... is not a reason for westerners to discover a need to rethink Israeli policies addressing Islamist terrorists murdering Israelis... Then, the pabulum about "the geometry" of free speech needing to be pinned down... and not allowed to wander ? Free Speech isn't absolute... but, it is fabulous error to think there is any proper limit that is defined by anyone's right to feel offended. That Islamists find that what our culture accepts as necessary insults them and their culture... has an easy answer. That they posture as being offended... while using the language to exhort others to engage in physical violence, and to justify violence based on having been offended ? This does not appear, to me, to present any meaningful difficulty. Free speech requires that there is an absolute right to offend others. Free speech requires that we not accept the fraud of any moral equivalence between speech and violence.
