Unfortunately Ronald Reagan has previously distributed the surplus proceeds generated by the Social Security and Medicare taxes.

Reagan used this retirement tax revenue to fund income tax subsidies for the wealthiest 1% of Americans, so there's no surplus you can dip your hands into.

Even worse our current President is adamantly opposed to the very reasonable Republican proposal to send all elderly Americans to death camps so Social Security and Medicare taxes can be eliminated for people like yourself. Rand Paul has rightly called elderly Americans a blight on our great nation which calls out for a permanent solution.

I know how upsetting it was having to pay inheritance tax on your own parent's assets after you had them killed. Hopefully this can be streamlined for others in the future so you can have maximum enjoyment without responsibility in a world free of elderly takers.
