Thanx - I was looking for the article based because of your comment that their press releases stating NASDAQ could be actionable by the NASD. But it appears that one of the reasons the NASDAQ is doing this is because companies are stating they are with the NASDAQ and while questionable, does not appear to be in and of itself "false". So I think the response from NASDAQ would be, we're trying to fix this. Does it speak well for the company, no.
