Mark, <<now placing him on a pedastal>> Not at all. However he does bring mining training and experience to an area where that insight is sorely needed. Do you have that skill? I don't. I haven't found anybody on SI that has a "lock" on perfect truth and understanding, especially the desert dirt's. The gold letter writers have been somewhat less than useful. Of course Tim can be annoying, but his questions are on point, his manners now better, and there is a deliberate logic in his posts. He can make longs very uncomfortable with his needling because they can't completely answer the issues he addresses. Now that I have had a year to see the results of his cautions on various dirt's, he has been more right than wrong. Casually discounting his comments is a mistake IMO. Of course we can blindly invest believing what management tells us. We pay management to take care of things for us, right? Some also paid the management of Bre-X, DELGF, and IPM to take care of things. I think that investor involvement in the details and workings of the desert dirt's is very well warranted at this time.

PS, <<doubters have not disappeared>> There is a big difference between doubters. Some are skilled, some are manipulative shorts, while others aren't sure of the rising of the sun. Don't discount the skilled IMO.

Mark , re. Tim Hall saying that you cannot have Gold and platinum
in the same deposit . That is exactly what a book by Pierre Lasonde perhaps THE gold expert says indicates a scam . However the latest Press release quoting Ledoux indicates that is not true . The reason why that is not true IMHO is because of the process by which these deposit were layed down , Brian
