Not to mention that taking out Saddam upset the delicate balance of power in the region. Iran was the big winner as a result.

Iraq has lead to the instability of the entire region with rise of terrorism as well as the rise of the Iranian influence.Saddam,as bad as he was,was a stabilzing factor in the region
Vietnam did not validate any domino theory of Communism spread throughout SE asia.
