Even their hero Clinton, when one uses "Government Expenditures incl. accruals, billions, SAAR (NIPA basis, Z1 table F.106c)" (aka GEXPND) data built the total debt after inflation way more than they're allowed to believe. $2.269T to $3.098T nominal. After a CPI inflation correction, it's still $2.27T to $2.8T, and $100B+ is sadly like zero for debt worshipers.
