Buffet Is not a lawmaker. He doesn't agree to do anything. Or do you consider wealthy liberals like Buffet to be the deciders of policy?

But his actions tell a story of tax avoidance. "Do as I say, not as I do". What he does is to use all legal means to avoid paying taxes to the federal government.
