I spoke to Mike Fearnow this afternoon. He said there was a misconception
that the preferred stock "warrants" were undergoing conversion. Those
are the ones that had a conversion price of $5.50, and about which there
had been some uncertainty on the thread as to whether the call would
succeed. Mike said there had been no call for that conversion, so it
is a non-issue. He expected the conversion to occur over the next
year to 18 months, but that it was not in process now.

Same with Ameritrade; they had to have a decision by today (17th). BTW, my decision was to stay the course; I converted 2000. I think the solid fundamentals of this company might be overlooked during the warrant call, but eventually the stock price will be reflected appropriately.

Can Mike or JTO comment on any dog and pony shows for the near future?

Also, what ever happened to Stephane?
