dj, the major point relative to both 8k's are the words proceedings and pending: for example in the 8k filed by RMIL, 4.7 Litigation. There is no litigation or proceeding pending or to the knowledge of Olympus, threatened, The company was fully aware of pending proceedings and whether any actions had been threatened. Mork is doing the same disgusting dance with his legal tightrope, except when you look at proceedings, there is no doubt they were aware of that. They both filed innaccurate materially misleading statements which are to the detriment of honest shareholders and investors.
