That's completely true! Regarding my bank analogy earlier, imagine another scenario where your bank requires a security check and pat down at the door, followed by a security guard escorting you in, remaining with you the entire time you're there, and then escorting you out. Assume that this happens during every visit that you make to the bank. Also, security cameras monitor you the entire time that you're there.

One day, following a transaction, you are astonished to learn that you stand accused of an armed robbery at the bank during your previous visit! During an FBI investigation, the security guard reveals that he patted you down at the door and he was with you the entire time, as per the security regulations, but he never observed you with a gun, much less committing an armed robbery. The bank teller also has no recollection of you robbing her with or without a gun. The security cameras do not contain any evidence of you committing an armed robbery, and, in fact, there is no evidence whatsoever against you! Despite no evidence whatsoever, you still stand accused of armed robbery! This silly analogy is no different from deflategate. It's just all very stupid. LOL!
