You're kidding, right? Only doing most but not all of what the leader of a country wants is not "treating them badly". And I want to emphasis leader because Netanyahu is losing support in Israel precisely because a lot of Israelis are afraid he is poisoning relations with the US. Not to mention deteriorating relations with Europe and Australia/New Zealand. Bibi plays to the far right zealots in Israel who want war with Iran.
