It will only happen in limited fashion. B/W just isn't there in cellular or PCS for full scale Internet access. LMDS is wide enough to a point. Everyone deluding themselves into thinking that you can "unplug the Internet". It is way too B/W hoggish and software/site developers will render any wireless system obsolete in a short period of time.

Teledesic will be a dinosaur by the time they launch and are up and running. By then Gates will have WIN2001 that will need 256 K or RAM, 20 G DVD drive, 100 G Harddrive and probably something else that hasn't been invented. To download it off the Interent will take a minium of a 100 MB Ethernet and that will be a slow 2 Hrs. Software will never attack the need to economize B/W until there is a real crisis, ala the 70's OPEC embargoes.
