I'm not criticizing tech analysis, just nanu's theory that ORCL's price is strongly correlated to the DOW and that MMs buy or sell ORCL based on what the specific number that the dow is. I'd say the two are as correlated as the fact that the DOW has gone up where the NFC wins the superbowl and down when the AFC wins.... Purely coincidental.

Would you mortgage your home and buy any and everything in the Dow if the NFC wins in January? If so, good luck. I think you will have as much luck betting on a coin flip...
