NextLevel's Breen: "Industry installed 500 digital headends in l997. NextLevel (GI) biggest in analog and never in one year were 500 installed. Digital coming on big and bigger than anyone thinks." Ron.

Looking at spinoff of NLC, but waiting until they can insure that the structure results in a tax free spinoff.

Questions:

Abraham ... of Goldman Sachs?
1. Revenues? . Lots of upside.
2. Hardware software compatibility? Operating systems can be downloaded and changed as needed. Different models have different computing horsepower to meet different needs.
