JM: If the person calling you to tout the stock was indeed from DHMG, then yes, that is suspicious. Honest companies never do that, nor do they need to.

As to the specifics, DHMG can apply for NASDAQ listing all it wants, but I believe that the NASD knows what is going on there and will not accept it. The low P/E is the case only because the E is imaginary. If the company were honest you would see little or no earnings at all.
