How the Obama administration will achieve the feel good optmist and avoid shale oil to unwinding before elections 2016?

He already started putting focus on foreign affairs Cuba and India) but his administration needs more than that.

Need to keep American population feeling good and avoiding oild shale story to deflate

The executive summary from nowandfutures is "the probability of a financial crisis is now higher because the value of the U.S. Dollar is rising and recovering".

That's certainly a favorable predictive-model for Russia. The value of their Ruble has declined by more than 50%, so nothing but blue skies ahead for Russian citizens.

If only we too could have a wise leader like Putin.
