Buffet's just for fairness of taxation. As he's said, he pays a lesser rate than his secretary, and doesn't see that as moral or right.
You're not answering the question. All you're doing is repeating what Buffett supposedly wants but doesn't show in practice.

Of course Buffett is going to be paying a lesser rate than his secretary. He doesn't pay himself much of a salary. Most of his income comes from investment gains.

Tax that like ordinary revenue (i.e. not just the short-term gains) and watch the entire market collapse.
