In actuality it is my observation that no one really knows the true value of an exchange rate or for that matter of any other financial instrument. It is all based on relative perception of market participants the same way that no one can predict the future or events that will shape the future of our society if in regional, state wide country wide or the world.

All perceptions are based on past events and the guessing of future developments within a relative stable environment with small changes in nature or human behavior.

there are way too many variables for the human mind to comprehend, process and make a sensitive conclusion to his absolute benefit.

Some conclusion are better or worse than the others but all is actually based on guesstimates
