As a life long NH resident, I suggest that most of those 49.9% mirror Mass #s are Mass-blanks (to be politically correct.)

What was the criteria for the list? Some people are born with mental and physical afflictions; Some live their lives until they are afflicted with a mental decline such as Alzhiemer's Disease that has afflicted my extremely intelligent oldest brother. Just as with President Reagan at the end of his second term as President. I did notice that Hawaii was at the top---------------oops, Barrack Hussein Obama Barry Soetoro was born in Kenya and brought back to Hawaii as an enfant according to some-------or was it Hawaii?. Source of statistics???? Federal Government???
