No, the problem is that when we gave Obama almost a trillion dollars to spend on infrastructure he spent on everything but infrastructure. That was 50 years worth of highway trust revenue he flitted away on Solyndras.

Only approx 300B of the stimulus was for infrastructure....what Trillion are you talking about?
