BJP...I don't understand your lingo..."The stock was outpreforming all day long until about the time that Ted's 144 hit the tape".
Could I show my ignorance and ask you to explain? Thanks in advance for your time. DWW II Happy Holidays ....

Insider Selling is a very inexact indicator

Take EMC for example, that stock had heavy, continuous insider selling by the Egans. The media would fixate on this fact. Subsequently, over 18 months the stock tripled!

Look at Micron Tech, Insiders bought heavy in the 70's at the beginning of the downtrend. It then went to 17!

The fact is that these tech guys own a ton of stock and have very little relative cash. THEY NEED TO SELL STOCK TO SUPPORT THEIR LAVISH LIFESTYLES. Wake up and realize this.

Some selling is suspicious and some is not. This selling is not. Ted could be selling to raise money for some home renovations or to buy a new yacht.

Sincerely,

Scott

I dont have the exact # of shares that Ted Wait owns but I belive its 20 or 30 million. The post that referred to his 144 showed he sold 375,000 shares. In summary a sale like that at the end of the year
is not a red flag.
