FYI. Comverse filed a form 424B3 (Prospectus Supplement) on 12-16-97. also Comverse filed a form 424B3 (Prospectus Supplement) on 12-08-97. It is just an update to the Prospectus for the 5 3/4 % Convertible Subordinated Debentures due 2006. It updates certain info regarding the Selling Holders and the price range of the Common Stock.
