It's not going to be pretty for Obama and his legacy. Arguing against conjecture is a fool's errand... All he can do is point to the number of uninsured, which has unarguably gone down due to ObamaCare. Like Biden said...that's a big f..... deal. BTW, you may want to revisit your statement about the timeline for the slowing cost of healthcare. But as I said, the slowing costs are probably more the result of the recession.
