This is the classic "incentive trap", and that's the way I see Obamacare. So, while the incentive is perverse, I'm doing my best to avoid the trap.
The problem is that you are already in the "incentive trap."

Unlike the analogy, where you can choose not to be one of the 5,000 card holders, you have no choice but to pay the taxes and fund other people's health care in an ObamaNation.

Fortunately, one person can't screw over the entire system, but a majority who decides that "We know more and care more than you do, and we will vote accordingly" will screw the system.

Eventually the money train will run dry, but as long as you cash out before that happens (like what Bill Clinton did), you're covered.

In any case, you know where society is headed. Might want to plan accordingly knowing that the "47 percent" that Mitt Romney mentioned back in 2012 is going to grow.
