Seattle has its own infrastructure boondoggle! Big Bertha, ran into a pipe what seems like eons ago and became stuck. An 8" pipe for God's sake. Who would ever imagine such a thing underground in Seattle!! The pipe damaged Big Bertha's blades. They fixed that and then it overheated causing a bearing to go out. That was a year ago - they hope to get it going again in March. The thing is underground and you can't get to it so they had to dig a secondary tunnel just to get to the machine to fix it. Quadzillions of cost over runs of course.
