What you are seeing here is what is in store for 2015. A very choppy market with a downward bias for the rest of 2015. Given the market's sky high valuation, low earnings growth and slow removal of Fed monetary support, I see a down year of 8-10% for the S&P this year and an acceleration of the downtrend in 2016.

Putting your faith in someone who is as clueless as Yellen is not very wise. Market participants have a nice history of turning on a dime.
