SAP SE (NYSE: SAP) - market cap $76.7Bln
Oracle Corporation (NYSE: ORCL) - market cap $187.5 Bln
E2open, Inc. (NASDAQ: EOPN) - market cap $ 0.175 Bln ($175 mln)

Do you follow E2open, Inc. (EOPN)?

I see this company in play for SAP and/or ORACLE. These companies need to grow and will pay 3x Revenues to do that as long as they can do a 'bolt-on' transaction. E2OPEN provides in the cloud subscription services in the supply chain management sector. The company just adopted a "rights" plan and CEO said they are interested in selling w/ the right offer.

At 3x sales, E@OPEN s/d sell in the $8.00/share range. The company is still growing revenues at 15% YoY too.

ORCL currently sells at 4.84x sales and SAP at 4x sales. It seems like EOPN would be a good fit for either one and if a bidding war starts, it could move higher.

Do you follow this one and/or have an opinion on what they look for in acquisitions?
