Once again, I'm on my way out the door, but wanted to add,

<S3 is insured against potential damages from the CRUS law suit. Thus it is not a big deal, unless an award of silly proportioins is made. Not likely. >

S3 is also insured for any pending lawsuits unless they can prove fraud. S3 deducible is a mere $250,000. So even if they were to lose(except in the case of fraud)it would only take 250K off the balance sheet.

more later.

>> That management and the Board are excluded is equally appropriate. Ultimately they will benefit as well from this wise move. <<

Remember, the management and Board sold their options
out at higher prices. That's the reason and basis for all
those lawsuits. So they have almost no options to exercise,
duh ??????
