Mind you, they CANNOT put the money straight into the economy. If they did, the velocity would take off and the new money quickly recycled into the economy equalling high or even runaway inflation.

So you HAVE to give all the new money to people would will stash it in one reservoir or another. Therefore you can only give all the new money to rich people. QED.

And there we have it. I expect David Cameron and George Osbourne cried there hearts out when they realized they could not give all the new money to poor people or use it for real projects like building schools and hospitals. Life is tough.
