Hawaii is full of cockroaches. Just the way it is. The premium hotels do their best but Nature is Nature. Just check every item in your luggage before you leave! Don't bring any of those big obscene bastards back here!

""Please save your money. this is not a four star hotel. I just returned yesterday from the worst hotel experience ever. There were cockroaches the size of my hand dead and alive crawling around the Rainbow Lanai Cafe while I was eating. There is no excuse for that. The people who work at the hotel should be more aware and... be more observant. My wallet was stolen the second day and the security guard was so rude and lazy she could have cared less. The manager refused to do anything and would not check the servellience camera. Next, I was at the pool (the Paradise Pool) the family kids pool with my son and husband and was tapped/hit by someone who worked at the hotel. They stopped me at the pool and asked me how much my breasts cost in front of everyone. I was shocked and mortified that they would ask a question like that. Also, I had to call the manager 3 times to request that the hairs left all over my bathroom wall and doors be removed. It was foul and no one should have to put up with this kind of stay after paying thousands of dollars to stay at what we thought would be an amazing four star hotel. Boooo Hilton Hawaiian Village." - Chanelle from Huntington Beach, Calif."

Hi Greg or e. I'm not choosing sides between you or Mars, but I have to say that although what you posted may well be true, the reverse could also be true many dozens of times over. The poster in question has routinely slandered people across SI for years. The historical posts are there to prove it. It would be highly inadvisable for someone who routinely and frequently engages in blatant slander to initiate a slander lawsuit. I'm just saying... -g-

Sounds to me like there is a lawsuit in the works. Just a guess......You're an imbecile so your guesses are nothing more than vapid nonsense from an asinine posturing dimwitted fool.

Plus you have always been one of the lowest warts on SI's ass, here simply by obsession to troll & threaten solon but get your head handed to you daily, which is amusing to observe.

In Hawaii?

Only one knows why you'd even take time to post here while on vacation with precious grandkids but you were always such the idiot to begin with. There are actually 19 different species of cockroach in Hawaii, with your IQ now they can add one more.
As outdoor creatures cockroaches play an important role in the ecosystem by recycling
fallen and dead vegetation. Indeed, given the prolific nature of plants in
Hawai'i, if it were not for insects such as the cockroach we would be up to our
eyeballs in vegetable debris

That you report from Hawaiian Islands but only manage to conjure up images of cockroaches but not a mention of the myriad other things; of heavenly scents in the air, waterfalls, the flowers & beaches & windy rainbow azure seas, proves you are a knuckle head supreme. Creation indeed but you rejoice & see none of it, a blind ' fundy bumbicile'.

Good they only let the kids do the Dole Plantation maze, you would have been lost in there for days. <gg>
