The building looks like the right one. The explanation of having three sections sounds correct. as well. I just don't remember seeing the river nearby but could easily have missed that. Not being on 46 is probably why I couldn't find it in searching. I was able to find Johnny's west on 46 that was one that I asked about. The Restaurant that grew from a hotdog stand has the look and history. I remember driving around with this woman who suggested we try it. I know we were near Clifton, but we drove all over that day.
