Flan,

I opened up our local paper today to find that KEG had bought out two of our local drilling contractors. Nothing fundamental has changed, we are still having to wait 3 months to get a drilling rig, on our wells. I know the fourth quarter is always the busiest, due to leases expiring, and the such, but I don't see any indication of a slow down.

If a slowdown does occur the land drillers will be hit first and deepwater gulf will be last.

Regards,

Paul
