I predict that when February comes around the brokerage houses will be accumulating shares PRIOR to upgrades. SG Warburg should be commended on its original research and today's downgrade..Right! They don't know their dentate line from their internal capsule(look that one up ,Warburg).

Stephen,. Intel's dpressed stock price is a result of all the pressure put upong it from people like Tom Kulak. There is nothing wrong with the company of Intel, it is the manipulation forces that brokerage houses have which determines the value the market gives. What you say can be true of any stock when the price goes up to take some off the table. I do not believe that is the way fortunes are made. Playing this sort of strategy throws you into compulsive trading and market timing. I do not know of anybody getting rich doing this over the long term.
