He said we had to push money into the hands of people to create demand. How do you meet more and more demand? More capacity! Even if it is just to use existing capacity as you say here - you are missing the point about the need to flush out malinvestments. ........Sooooooooooo, you keep in production inefficient fracking and tar sands development.
