I have no idea what the R party is up to. They have dragged their feet on for five years on this now, but they're in the process of producing a replacement bill and we'll have to see it to know what they came up with.

It is the warmed over shit of tort reform and interstate sale it is not going to be enough. They need to propose legislation that can instantly presented to the president if the Court kills the subsidies. And it has to be better because if there is a do-over there will only be one.

I do not have confidence that the Republicans will do much better, even though a far less invasive law would serve well as a replacement for this ridiculous turkey.

They have to give Obama a way to save face because he has shown that his pride comes before everything else.
